Tv lineup is dependant on provider as well. I prefer directtv, they have non compressed hd and a better lineup if you can afford its price. Fios can provide better if they could get good license agreements.

I currently have Cablevision, and I'm getting ready to dump them for FIOS TV.
Cablevision is almost identical to Cumcrust...I mean, Comcast. I have digital dropouts, lost frames, gaps in video that can last sometimes between 10-30 seconds...and the capper? Local commercial insertions. 1) They can't seem to properly time their local computer to do inserts correctly, and always cut off other shit. 2) They have the worst local cable commercials imaginable, including some flaming fucktard named Wally Darwish from Freehold Jeep that screams louder than Billy Mays ever fucking did, and god forbid I fall asleep with the fucking TV on, this cunt will invariably wake my ass. Wanna see how horrible this shit is? YouTube "Wally Darwish". Suffice to say, if I was in the mob, I'd put a hit out on this man. 3) 2:00 and 3:00 AM emergency alert tests...2x-3x louder than normal TV volume. They're required by law to test...but they do it far too often, and in the middle of the night. If anyone in the house is asleep when they pull that shit (and with no fucking warning) they won't be after that. Frankly, the thing that will ultimately drive me to change my service is that screaming asshole Wally Darwish. I hope he gets cancer, the fuck.
