Is this the route you are taking from Springfield to Eureka Springs? A member on SWMO suggested it and I bet a few of them would make the ride down with you if you want company.

That is the worst part of it...Gas stations are few and far between, better have cash cause most don't have debit/credit card ability and Premiuim is real hard to find...Made me wish for some sort of extra fuel capacity on my 636...Even considered a saddle bag/drop tank like setup...

I was in that general area earlier this year....Cookson Mountains between Tahlequah, OK and Fayetteville...fantastic time....chewed my rear tire right off though...had to stop in Tulsa on the way home and have a new tire put on for the trip back to Wichita.
