got a fairing on the ZR, a couple more months riding
Just got a Slipstreamer SS-28 sport fairing for my ZR1100 tonight. Still have to "fine tune" the placement but it'll make the 50* drive to work in the morning a lot more comfortable
Did a short ride after the install and felt no air on the top of my legs plus my hands will actually stay warm I'll get a better pic tomorrow. The sport fairing will allow me to ride at least until it snows Jeff edit more pics post eight Last edited by '73 H1 Triple; 09-13-2008 at 08:14 PM.. Reason: pics added post #8 |

I'll get some saturday. it's raining pretty good right now and I have to clean up the bike again.
The fairing works pretty good in the rain. The wind comes over the windscreen and helpps keep thewater droplets off the face shield. Quote:
I have a 4WD Suburban, why would I even consider that for a 19 mile ride to work. Yesterday morning it was 52*, the sport fairing help me warmer Jeff |
