I've only owned 2 street bikes. A 1986 V65 Magna was my first ride in Aug of 98, and in Jan of 02 I got my VTX, I liked both bikes a lot, different rides though. I've done all the suspension upgrades and raising parts I can on the X and it's not fast enough in the turns for me anymore. My next bike will be an 08 FZ1 which I'm sure will become my favorite!

95' Ducati 900SP and my 92' FZR600 a close second. Neither did anything as well as the bike I have now, but they both had a lot of soul.
It seems that I usually gauge how much I loved a bike (or car) by how soon after it is gone before I wished I hadn't gotten rid of it. FZR= 30 minutes, Ducati=2.5 minutes, 69' Plymouth GTX = 5 seconds. |

my SV. It's light, flickable, and fun as hell. It isn't the fastest thing on the road but it does the job quite well.

Only owned four streetbikes... It's tough to say at this point... I LOVED my Buell, but the TLR is fucking cash money... For now, it's probably the Buell. Let me do some of the things I want to do to the TLR and it could realistically take that honor.

Out of 8 sport and standard bikes I've owned over 3 years of riding, my absolute favorite is a tie between the 75 CB550K I used to have, which was a JOYOUS bike to own, and my current Hurricane 600. the EX500's were ok, but they really sucked in performance. I liked the 89 GS500E I had too. I think it took the prize for coolest looking, but the CBR takes it for everything now except fuel mileage.

1975 Kawasaki KX 175. Was a bike I rode for about 10 years, on road and off. I have a million memories... Like Renee telling a guy trying to pick her up in his new Mustang convertible..."Sorry, but this is way more fun..." I learned about motorcycles on that bike.

If I didn't love my current bike(s) I wouldn't own them. It's that simple.
