I'm curious about that.

1. IIRC, there is a clause in the law that exempts "custom" bikes. Would that qualify?

2. The bike is plated and registered in Colorado. Would it fall under FL law or CO?

I disagree with lots of legislation but throwing tags into the mix with that law is complete BS. Seriously, a moving violation for improper tag?

I think we'll see some lawyers challenging this one in the future.
