American psycho 1&2
Well i finally broke down and bought the first one the other day and can say was quite pleased i enjoyed every minute of it. The second one however, was adifferent story. I felt like it was a terrible sequel and should be banned from anyone elses view.

The first one was actually a good book and an entertaining movie. The second one was a cheap ploy to make money off of the first one.

I think I was aware that there was a second one, but figured there was little point in seeing it.
I did like the first one, though. His musical commentary was hilarious.

I finally saw what I guess is the first one (Wasn't aware there was a sequel) and it was decent. I saw Newsies as a kid, and couldn't stop thinking of Christian Bale as the kid that sings/dances in the dorky midwest pony dance or whatever, so it was nice to get a new perspective on him

American Psycho is a longtime favorite of mine. I never tire of it. I've never bothered with the second one though.
I do recommend reading the book though (I believe it's Brett Easton Ellis, same author as Less Than Zero, another 80's tale of excess). The book is far, far more frightening and intense than the movie. |

Man, I really thought the first one sucked. Didn't know there was a second and don't care.
