Any good DIY/ How to websites

Now that the home projects will be beginning I was wondering if you guys knew of some good sites to start with. otherwise i will be posting a bazillion questions here about stuff.

Anything specific? I do all my own home upgrades. Flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, and painting.

Not yet, what I do have planned soon is putting in a pergo floor in part of the basement, and building a bar, not sure if it will be wet or dry, kinda depends on where the plumming is and if its worth routing it to that area.

next will be the man cave I will prolly need to do some sheet rock and/or patchwork in some spots, and could also use something on electricity since I will need to install better lighting and it looks like stuff out there was half assed to begin with.

lastly anything thats good for some basic maintenance and things to watch out for.

Some projects I think I have the skill to do but just need to knowledge and some insight since I woul dprefer doing more of this stuff myself too.

All of of is easy if you have time. I'll post some pics of my basement. I did a gas fire place, recessed tv area, bathroom, bedroom, and storage area. Wet bar will be going in soon . It's already plumbed.

I will def find/make the time so thats not a problem. Plus my fiancees best friends soon to be husband is a carpenter and seems more than willing to help. For this I can overlook his 2 faults, he rides a harley and hes a steelers fan

But I have offered to help with wrenching on his bike too so that can be the tradeoff.

Home Depot has a fantastic book - or, you can get more specific for their 1-2-3 books.

Ikea also has a great layout program on their site for kitchens and bathrooms.

I have the home depot and the black and decker books, and the B&D ones are much better. More pics, more instuctions, and more detail.
