Because it's about time 2 countries were honest with each other, instead of sucking up to each other just because of geopolitics.

How is that any different than the relationship America has with any other country, especially in that region? If you need an example look at our relationship with Saudi Arabia.

I feel the same way about S.A. as I do about Israel. The only reason we're butt-buddies with both of those countries is because there is something they do or provide that meets our own political or economic goals. Not because they are inherently good or likeable countries.
