Now you have one of the new Nano's that works like an old one... No screen, just music. Load it up with only your favorite songs and set it to shuffle.

i had to retire my 2nd gen nano and pick up a new one last month. why they have a video camera on 'em, i will never know. my nano spends all its time inside my truck hooked to my deck.

Mine is for bike and running, but it wound up in the washer.

Can i just bring it to an apple store and ask for a warranty claim? And yes I have no morale problem to lying to them about how it broke

this was a video 8 or 16gb version? even those can be bought for only $80-90 these days, IIRC
