My comic collection had a fair number of books with a base price of $0.12.
How old are you?

A lot of marvel is from early 60s. Even the X-men are from early 70s.

I'm 47 and started collecting at age 3. I had things like the reprint of Fantastic Four #1, from the late '60s. The pride of my collection was a 1962 Batman, with a face value of $0.10 that I found at the back of a newsstand when I was about 10 years old, that had a villian in it you've never heard of before (Dr. Tzin Tzin).

The way that I figure it my brother owes me roughly the equivalent of a 5 bedroom house and a cottage, since he snuck 90%+ of my collection out and sold it off, in the late '70s / early '80s. All the good stuff went for face value.

there are still a few of us dinosaurs around who are old enough to remember comics from the late 60's and 70's LOL Wish I still had some of them.

THIS all of this!

I always touch the girl. Stripper or not. Honestly they don't care. They're touching you, that's probably the worse part if you're a disgusting pig.
