yeah that's hard to prove, back injuries sometimes appear to be suspicious.

I was in an accident with my family. We were sitting at a stop light and girl slammed the gas instead of the brake and creamed the shit out of us. We all went home fine from the hospital, but a few days later, my mom could barely move. She ended up having all kinds of surgeries and still isn't 100% from that shit. The lady that hit us got attack lawyers on us and kept trying to prove my mom was a fraud. I witnessed my mom's pain, it wasn't fake.

Sometimes you really can't see the medical problems from your side of the coin and think people are faking you, I experienced a case where it was real, not a fraud and had lawyers all over us when we did nothing wrong.

I don't know your situation of course and never will, she could be faking. In the end, I am glad it's over for you Trace and you can put that shit behind you.

True, but they tried initially and didn't get what they liked and tried the no show judgement strategy. It's crappy, but that's our system. Having gone through the mess I did with my mom, I would probably try crappy strategies like that to not have to deal with the legal system as much.
