Most of Christianity teaches that sex before marriage is wrong. But Catholic churches also add that contraception is wrong too. The difference between the two rules is that while the first can be ignored by kids without anybody finding out, the second rule can only be broken with the consent of the kids' parents, doctor, pharmacist, and others in their life. Thats one reason why rule #2 is harder to break than rule #1.
