I actually have a hard time sleeping so a nap in the middle of the day is just the ticket. Not enough sleep at night so I need to make up the slack somewhere.
I think it was Bill Hicks who said "I need a lot of sleep man. I need about 8 hours of sleep a day....and about 10 hours a night."
