Idle thought, since our .gov takes such a zero-tolerance stance on "child pornography".

Say for the sake of argument that you, like any other guy, rub a couple out to some Youtube videos of a spandex-clad female contortionist.

Upon doing a little cyber-stalking, you happen to learn that she is in fact only 17.

Does that make you retroactively in possession of child pornography, or does it only count if you go back and watch them again?
