What I have learned tonight

been a fun filled intresting night here so far. had one nurse go at it with on eof our lazy clerks, that was quite entertaining esp since she caught her sleeping wile patients are to be registered. taught a PA student she needs to learn where to stand when doing procedures (she now needs a new labcoat and sweater)

I also learned further our gyn docs here are quite lazy, they send a pregnant pt back down and demand a psych consult, and get huffy when I told them why couldnt they do it. (apparently we had an immaculate conception here

And lastly its not a good idea to put your hand inside a runing vacuum cleaner esp if you like all your fingers.

its only 4am so theres still a lot of silliness that could ensue here.
