My father was a very fit woodsman/athlete. He died at 31 of a heart attack. There wasn't an ounce of fat on the man's body and he didn't do drugs.

Then again, my grandfather, one uncle and my father have died from heart attacks. Two of my uncle have had open heart surgery and one of my aunts had a heart attack,.

Sometimes, it's just in the genes..
