Still have to break up that concrete border and move out all those rocks. Don't like them. Then bring in a bunch of dirt, seed and straw over. But it has to be done in sections cause of the dogs. Muddy paws in the house won't be good.

That is janky though as you said... floods the yard. my parents house was that way. I still prefer this way even with this extra work. I figure it should be good for another 25yrs. Plus with the clean out and thicker sked pipe, I would just snake it with an electric snake.
