I need to home this dog I rescued, we are willing to foster him until we find him a home, but getting these folks to even put you on the list for pets needing homes takes a ridiculous amount of effort.

We had to take it upon ourselves to find "Boots'" home. Come to find out the owner had been and called the local humane society but they (humane society) never put two and two together - that I had their dog. Kicker is that the dog had just came from there 2 weeks prior. Found out later there is some shit going down there and it ain't going in the right direction, obviously
