That's not a 'tard, neither is the Hypermotard, or the HP2 Megamoto. 400lbs V-Twin with 80hp is not a 'tard, it's a dog. Wont keep up with my GSXR in the straights and wont keep up with my 'tard in the twsities. (Hell, probably wont keep up with my GSXR in the twisties). Don't get me wrong, they're fun bikes, but a 'tard is a light weight bike first and foremost (290lbs for mine, and it's heavy by tard standards). Those are just streetfighters with long-travel suspension. The SVX is a 'tard, but it requires so much fucking maintainence that you damn near have to adjust the valves between sessions.
