Definitely more expensive than Jacksonville (what isn't), but not as bad as DC or LA or NY/NJ. I'd say it's about like Atlanta.

Weather isn't great, and the roads are mostly flat and straight, but other than that.....

On par w/ Atlanta? Hmmm, ok, that's not horrific.

Flat, straight roads, I'm used to.
