You guys are both phenominal at this kinda stuff. Please have at. I'm still so stunned by the stupidity I cant even formulate a response.

My thought is how many of us who engage in this "horrible" activity have lost friends and family to it or had them be injured and we still do it? How many times have I picked up a buddy and dusted him off, staunched the bleeding and bandaged him up and then got right back on a bike? A few to be sure...

Like PC said, its a risk we accept every single time, knowing what the consequences can be, and the same argument I have to use everytime some person who knows whats better for me than I do tries to talk me out of riding.
