Canadian Superbike series on the rocks
Last week, Kawasaki Canada announced that they wouldn't be running a team in next year's Canadian Superbike. The only other team, at the moment, is BMW. Yamaha pulled out, a couple of years ago, and Honda hasn't run a team in a good number of years.
Yesterday Parts Canada, the series' title sponsor, stated that they weren't supporting the series under current management. I read the rant, by the head of the current management, that they say was the final straw. It wasn't pretty and was one of the most unprofessional pieces of crap it's ever been my misfortune to read. http://cmgonline.com/news/2011/10/11...e-sponsorship/ Further clarifications: http://cmgonline.com/news/2011/10/12...-canada-split/ Now it's looking pretty doubtful that we'll have a national series, next year.
