I dont think much of anything bothers me anymore. Only stuff I hate doing are rape and child abuse cases but all the gory stuff is just part of the job.

the 2 smells that get me are lower GI bleeds ( a very distinctive odor) and smelly homeless guy feet.

to gross me out its gotta be prety bad. we did have one homeless guy who was real stinky, to the point we couldnt leave him in the waiting room he smelled so bad. if he showed up they wouldnt even triage him I would put a dressing on his hand (thats all he wanted) and send him on his way.
