Sorry man that sucks!!! I got family on Tampa PD, Fire Depts, and one that works dispatch. Will e-mail description to them if you don't mind.

If you got a lot of money dumped on a bike but cant take the precaution to fix up the garage door so it can properly lock then you kinda set yourself up for this kind of thing to happen.
