I wondering why they just didn't buy what they needed from Ducati to put the bike together instead of buying a whole bike.

Maybe to get a legit title that doesnt say "special construction". I know its hard here not sure about other states. Thats the only explanation i can come up with.

i like it, but it needs more titanium. maybe some titanium wire harnesses and titanium valve caps, along with some titanium based engine coolant and titanium fuel additive, possibly some titanium spark plugs and titanium battery screws would really seal the deal
