had the receipt, actually. but yeah, i was going to do the switch , right then and there. i dont wait a couple days either, i would have done it in the parking lot and walked right back in. been done before, it will happen again. only reason i did not is because i did have the receipt, sony would honor the warranty, these fucks would not honor it without a photocopy of it! at least microsoft keeps records of that shit by model number.

again, because they were forced to by their unbelieveable failure rate. I like to imagine that in one of the lower pop states, maybe utah, that theres a mountain of bricked 360s threatening to landslide and kill the local populace...if only

got it back from sony last night, watched a BD that was not working before - all seems well. woot.

only problem is some things that i restored with the backup Util are corrupt, but i should be able to download them again no problem as i understand it. still - nice "back up" util...
