Really? I mean how hard is it to judge the speed of a moving bike? The bike was hauling ass, and if the car thought he was pretty far away...

the missing piece of the puzzle is the topography from the direction of where the bike came from. If it's a blind hill or a corner then there would be no way to judge.

I didn't notice a turn signal from the car. So failure to yield and failure to use turn signal would be their crime but the bike ultimately held the majority of the fault since he was hauling major ass.
Does anyone know if the rider lived? My guess is no. |

He dead. Yes, both are at fault. Traveling faster than the posted speed limit is against the law. Why is that so hard to understand? Not using your blinker and not yielding is against the law.
