...another great benefit is the phenomenon of "slowing". If you spend a period of time at higher speeds, you begin the process of looking out further ahead. This is a natural process that your brain develops to cope with the higher closing speeds; your eyes focus further out....this gives your brain time to process more info. If you habituate your brain and eyes into focusing further out you will have the abitity to see and avoid a lot of the stuff that catches newer riders unawares in the first place.

Much of your brain is busy processing info that you may not even consciously be aware of (it is the basis of the whole concept of the subconscious mind). The further out you push you focus, the more information available for your considerable head computer to work on.....giving you more cues to help avoid the obstacles out there.

Track time and racing improves your riding.
