Yep. Which sucked when I totalled my last ride. I kept insurance on a totalled car for 3 months before I got another one just so they wouldn't drop the insurance on my bike.

95/yr. I'm with Progressive, 50/100 liability+theft with either 250 or 500 deductible.
Cage is with State Farm. I haven't quoted full coverage on the SV since I bought it 6 yrs ago, but then it was ~1000/yr when I paid less than 3k for the bike Oh, and nothing currently on my driving record *knock on wood*

Full coverage on the Duc, liability only on the other three (KTM LC4, DR650 and an old relic Italian POS) costs me slightly less than $400 a year through Allstate. It actually DROPPED when I added the DR last summer, because of the multiple vehicle discount. My cars and house are also with them, so that may be a factor.
