Dressing like that is public??? She isnt wearing that down Sunset Blvd. She is wearing it at a performance, as an actor. And like someone said previosly, im guessing she has a wardrobe director.

And while she is 17, and a role-model to tons of little girls. It seems like she is seperating herself from her Hannah Montana, blond wig, persona. Call it what you want, but she IS growing up. Shit, some 18 year olds are married and have kids.
