I had a traumatic motorcycle ride into work this morning
I'm trying to get the last few rides on my ZR1100 before winter bares it's ugly head. So this morning, I push the cycle out of the garage, bungee my lunch box to the rack and off I go. My water and thermos are in my backpack.
It's a nice easy ride this morning, a little cool but relaxing. I get to work 18 miles later and park the bike. I get off and NO LUNCH BOX I remember putting it on but it's not there now. I call my wife and have her check next to where I park the cycle but it's not there. She offers to check the way I go from home, I start from work and backtrack. She found the first bungee 2 miles from the house, the second bungee another mile down the road with the lunchbox. She dropped it off on her way to work. Today I had a very good corned beef and swiss sandwich with smashed chips and a dented soda. What really blew my mind was my hard boiled egg was intact Jeff |

That is why my lunch, rather breakfast, gets put into the tank bag.

A net is on the list. Gasman, that looks pretty good too.
Worst part was my magnet clip on sunglasses for my prescription glasses were in the lunch box. They want $75 for another pair. I'm glad I got them back |

That's why I keep all sorts of stuff to eat for lunch in my desk, so I don't have to worry about it when riding to work.
