How to post on youtube?
Is it possible to get a TV news clip and post it to youtube?
If yes, can someone give me instructions? My motorcycle group is going to be on the news tomorrow and I wanted to be able to share the news clip with friends in the Mainland. |

do you have a tv card in your computer or can you record the program with some kind of digital video camcorder, like a mini DV? There are lots of ways you can do this, but putting them on youtube is illegal because the news clip is copyrighted.

Call the news station and ask them if they are planning to or can provide a copy of the segment on their web site.

OTOH if they have the capability, you could ask the station if they're going to host a video of the story on their own website. If so, then you could just point your friends to it.
