OK I deserved that
What I ment was left lane exits to watch for or any landmarks at my exits or turns once I get into the city.

Call the airport & ask for more precise directions

Which way are you coming into Knoxville?
If by 129, just follow it into the city and you can't miss the airport to the left. You will have to exit to the right and circle back over 129. If by interstate 40, the easiest way is to take the interstate 640 bypass around knoxville and head towards 75 south towards chattanooga. Then you are going to get off on interstate 140 towards alcoa/maryville, that's exit 375 on 75. Then you will take 140 to exit 11A towards Alcoa/Maryville/Airport. This is 129. You will take 129 and you will see the airport on the right, you will eventually run into the exit to the airport on the right.
