E-5 Marine, Airmen, Soldier, Salor... same pay... some career fields will get specialty pay... but at most it's like $300 a month...

I'm guessing those are civilian type military jobs. just like our full time tech's in the guard. You are technically a civilian, but you have to be in the guard, and wear the uniform. Rank doesn't matter, you get paid a grade wage and it's hourly.
