it's the lens inside the housing that vibrates. That is the prob of having the turn signals in the mirrors.

Luckily the R1 and even the R6 have "decent" mirrors for a sportbike and I don't have to worry about this. It does look like a good idea though since most sportbike mirrors suck.

The mirror moves inside of the "frame" similar to the mirrors on your cage. A bead of silicone connecting the mirror to the frame takes out 90% of the vibes (so i've read) The stalk and housing really don't vib much. |
