I did that many months ago. Turned out to just be dislocated. Hurt like all hell, but it managed to just drop itself back in place several days later.

I tried taping mine up, but it actually hurt worse. I said fuck it and just walked on that bitch for a few days. Like I said, it just popped itself back in place.
