Yeah, when she said "big" I assumed she meant it as in "wide". It's wide down low which means it's easy to drag hard parts... which he does a lot of even though he's hangin off like a monkey... A really, really big monkey :P

Yes, that and big as in heavier than a sportbike.

I've heard ppl who run the gap say that yellow wolfs video is sped up.

That they've ridden behind him, and he's fast for a wing rider, but definitely holds up sportbikes.

Any truth to this?

Something with horrible ground clearance, 600+ lbs, and an 7-ft long wheelbase, is definitely going to hold up the better sportbike riders.

Actually over 800 lbs with a 66.5 inch wheel base 3 inches longer than the UltraGlide but IMHO because of the superior suspension brake and low center of gravity much easier to handle. No it will not run with the sportbikes, but they handle ride and perform amazingly well.
I can't speak to the Yellowwolf Videos but if he is out running a modern sport bike that is on the rider not the sportbike
