Yup, that's how Jax Beach is, too. It's all North or South, or Ave or Street... took me a bit to catch on, but now it's easy.

Not much different than new subdivisions that have streets named Mapletree Lane, Mapletree Drive, Mapletree Street, Mapletree Avenue, Mapletree Road, Mapletree Circle...did I leave any out?
