According to police, a trooper stopped a tractor trailer that failed to enter the Grantville weigh station on Interstate 81 in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County around 12:30 p.m. on January 31. The vehicle was directed to exit 85 in Lebanon County so the trooper could safely inspect it.

During the inspection, the trooper discovered about 4,000 to 6,000 pounds of marijuana inside the trailer, with a street value between $10 million and $25 million.

"It was basically packaged in very large crates and the packages of marijuana were in several individual bundles with plastic around them and sealed," said Major Huascar Rivera of the Pennsylvania State Police.

Two men were in the truck when the marijuana was seized. Stanley Narcisse, 34 years old and Eric Paul Emmanuel, 35 years old, both of Florida were arrested on drug charges. Both are in the Lebanon County Prison on $1 million bail.
