It really isn't that big a deal. About the only thing that will end up being changed (assuming this either doesn't go to, or is upheld by the Supreme Court) will be fleeting obscenities. You may hear more accidentally broadcast swearing from live, unscripted events and NBA games may end up not operating on a delay anymore but it won't affect much more than that.
