I'm guessing one has a Hemi V8, and AWD, and the other has...a lot less.
Still cracked me the fuck up the first time I saw it. The fact that it's all but vanished, leads me to believe that Dodge pulled it in a hurry with perhaps more than a shade of shame. I had a hard time finding it. Most press and blog links all went to a video since marked "private"...

I lived with a dude that had a Ford tractors. That thing was boss. I'll try to see if I can find a pic of the model.
