So I'm going through the required annual training and based on the stock photos being used.
All high level executives are women.
All teams comprise of an Asian woman, a hispanic male, at least 2 brunettes women and all blondes must wear glasses unless they are wearing a pant suit.
There are never white males in team pictures unless everyone is seated at a table.
All middle managers are black and may only be seen interacting with Asian women or an older gray hair white male in a mail room where the grey haired white mail works in the mail room. According to photos, black men may never interact with white women.

No one is allowed to have hands in their pockets ever.
Hispanic males must be receiving something from a brunette female or blonde with glasses. Otherwise they are to be alone and laughing.
No one has regular names. Shit like Alina, or Alpina, Maliki or some other sort of name that sounds like a the cross between a drink served in the Bahamas and a name given to kids in the poor section of the neighborhood.

I've personally noticed in our compliance training that all harassment in the workplace is enacted by white males, no matter the type of harassment.

From what I've seen in government, all managers and upper level managers are at least women, and normally black women. I think I've seen 2 male managers. In our training, we all joked that the fastest way to get a government job is to be a black lesbian in a wheelchair.
