no power, anyone else?

I haven't seen any lights all day, its getting dark. My phone its just getting a signal,.the last time I saw Amy bars was around noon, it is cooling off and there are more storms on the horizon.

Moving into a hotel after the last one lost power this morning and we weren't getting water in the room.

Its bad around here. CPUs are putting up temporary stop signs at every intersection so they can concentrate on major intersections.

Thunder is looming, need to conserve battery power, goodnight

Nope, wished we got storms for the rain. My grass is brown and I am wasting a ton of water to try to save it.

I can say hats off to ya... I wouldn't be able to leave my house... no way. I'd spend the whole time worring about it. I have a genny, I'd just rock that.

Looks like 2 - 5.days before we get power. Still haven't been home, trying to find ice, candles and some other stuff. Family is gonna head to Jersey footer the week.

Turns out a few 35kv power towers came down plus my local substation caught fire.

Local movie theater is giving away free movies to kids and elderly, plenty of places giving away free ice but it ruins out as fast as fast add they get it

Columbus was hit really hard. There are pockets that havent had power since Friday evening when the storm came through. My mom's b/f lost power that evening. AEP is saying that his area possibly wont have power until July 7th or 8th. They had to go empty out his freezer this afternoon. Most of the stuff is getting thrown away.

Where I work out on the East side, there is a main drag that goes past the mall that has about 7 street lights that are still out 3 days later. Traffic is a mess. OSU's campus was hit real hard too. Feel bad for the kids in those stuffy dorms.

When the storms hit I was at work. Had the aftermath of a funnel cloud roll over. I've never seen leaves float in the air like they were. Really freaky. There are 7 ft tall metal Salvation Army boxes in our side parking lot. I saw one go rolling across a 5 lane street, roll over 2 cars, and smash into a dumpster. Saw trees and light poles snap in half across the street. The Burger King sign came up off the top of the stansion and smashed into a million pieces. Luckily my house is out in the country and the power lines are underground....
