Hemorriods are pretty self-explanitory IMHO... take a dump like that a couple of times and realize how little effort it takes... It's gotta be good... plus, virtually wipe-free!

Disagreed, I bend forward most of the time, which accomlishes the same thing as that video is doing, yet I still get hemorroids and still need to wipe.
