Well i can do that too... just saying... don't use it much but when I do it works great.

anything important goes in my tank bag or my INSIDE pocket of my jacket. my A* pants have cargo pockets that I keep my phone and wallet in (one each side) they're velcro... works fine for me when I don't have my tank bag...
