This happened to my sister-in-law. She made it to the register before they left, and told them that a bible message wasn't going to feed her two kids and to shove it up their asses and never come back.

Yes, she kept her job, and the rest of the staff, including the owner, applauded her.

while we have probably all had to deal with that situation at one time or another, if I were the owner I would have let your sister go while they were there. they will definitely go home and begin telling their friends how terribly rude the server was. Yes it sucks they feel that is a tip to "bring you to the Lord" but it is a TIP not a required amount to be paid.

I dont tip the 15%. I tip what I think you deserve. Bad waiter, bad tip. Good waiter, good tip. I do have eyes so I can tell if your actaully bsuy with other customers, I wont hold that against you, but if your standing in the corner chatting about how great your hair looks or hitting on your customers then I will hold it against you. Im paying you to serve me, not get laid.
