It was my hope, in all of this ick and ugly - like the posting of the *customers* thread - that we don't lose those that will just stop posting because VS drives them away. That happened on every other site I used to belong to... the value was lost when people just drifted off the site.

CF wasn't ever just a site to me - I know more people from there than many. I won't go into any financial aspects, because whatever I put into it is FAR less than any investment Rob and Nancy made.

I'm not mad - to be mad would mean they are important in my life... There is absolutely no reason to be mad at Rob and Nancy... and VS isn't important enough

I do love how people interpret my thread though - as a selfish troll... YAY!!

I've missed where the premium membership stuff is displayed, though I've seen it mentioned in a thread or two. But I swear I saw ads at the very bottom of the pages not more than two days ago that are no longer there. There were four or five ads, about the size of an avatar each, for some biker dating website. I don't know if those were there all along and only recently removed, or added and then quickly removed when the uproar began.
