Wanna split the lawyer?

I also found an incredible document that really gave me a great explination of the procedings I need to take against the tow company.

He isnt licensed in NJ, just PA, MD, DE, and NY. He took an passed the bar in NJ, but until he pays off his studen loand and the debt from his divorce they wont give him a NJ license.

I really dont think I am going to use a lawyer the uniform and a sob story go a long way

Yeh i got the same info earlier in the week, but it was from a person who knows a person who knows a person. I also heard that they have been upping charges (ie, adding MPH to the clock for a bigger charge), and doubling and triple ticketing people for one offense, like the speeding plus the wreckless. What was your MPH charge? I'd really like to know if yours is 78 how we both had the exact same max speed? Especially if neither of us thought that we were going that fast, and we wern't exactly riding together over the bridge, you accelerated away from me, then I passed you and then slowed down to fall in behind you then the cop pulled up next to me at which point I was probably a good 100 feet behind you and doing no where near 78 mph.

check your PM

how did he clock 2 seperate vehicles at the exact same speed? Hmm makes one wonder. And if he only clocked one of us which one did he hit? The red bike or the yellow bike? I was riding the red bike right? or was it the yellow bike?
