Monroe is NOT a dry county. Monroe is the city. I live in West Monroe...across the river. We live is parishes...and I'm in Ouachita (pronounced "wah-shit-taw"). And it is most definitely not dry here.
 I'm in the Northeastern corner of La, 70 miles from Vicksburg. I'm NOT from "down south", I'm not a coon ass, nor a redneck so kiss it  Boo is a word of endearment here. Some people use it as a generalized endearment and others save it for their "Boo", like Trip said. Mini-Me flipped out when she was told. Young Padawan was like  My padawans are very protective of me. Sometimes it makes me wonder who's the parent and who's the child. Yes, I have a camera phone, but the camera doesn't work right and the pics come out all blurry. That pic was one Derf had. Someone decided to say something now instead of at the rally when we'd be with people.  I just got back from my interview. I was told it was safe to say I'll be starting to work next week. The manager I spoke with wants to run it by the owner, although she said he put my resume on top of everyone else's and that was a good sign. And she liked me as well. The owner's out sick but said she'd give me a call either this afternoon or tomorrow whenever she caught up with him. It will be nice to work again.
