(and yes, the dumbasses who go and drink a few pitchers then drive are the ones at fault, but you know there's some stupid law that's going to put the fault on the bar owners)

Actually, they can.
If you get picked up for a DUI and the bar never cut you off, or tried to stop you an any way, you can sue them.
I've even heard of some winning.

Yes... if i was ever bartending, and a guy left and got a DUI, then sued the bar i was at... his balls would later be cut off, cause he is not man enough to deserve them.

we boot them when they cant stand up any more, there are some many cops, noone in there right mind would try to drive in our lil town (or out of there right mind for that matter) they sit right across from the bars and pick every single car that pulls out

That's how it should be. Even in small towns there are taxis and sober friends. I'm sure if you really needed it the cop would drive you home.

most ppl just walk its so small, hell i walk to work and then either walk home or catch a ride back it one of the other bouncers cause he never drinks
